Our automation cell combines cutting-edge GMAW torch technology with the ability to deposit single or twin wire feeds for flux cored wires, solid wires, and tungsten chip overlays. This flexibility allows us to offer a wider range of weld bead profiles, increased deposition rates, and parameter variations, resulting in optimal deposit matrix. Intermetallix also provides automated plasma cold feed welding and Gas Metal Arc Welding (Mig, MAG) within the automation cell, featuring a positioner for components up to 500Kg and a fixed table with a footprint of 2500mm x 1200mm.
